Hotfix profissional welcome email password

Alan Peterson Carvalho Silva requested to merge hotfix_profissional_welcome_email_password into RC

Reset password e-mail subject now is changed if a professional is created.

Note: the link "Definir minha senha" points to localhost:3000/.... because it's defined in config/enviroments/development.rb In order to test the reset password method, paste the URL in the browser and edit localhost:3000 to newcastle:
