SCRUM#152: Fix download bug when the computer turned off with an uncompleted download.

The bug occurred when the computer was turned off without completing the download of a learning object.

Now the extension verifies if the .file_id.json was downloaded correctly -- the download only starts after a learning object was successfully downloaded.
