Changed the way that the result from the webp test is stored to a more reliable one and the way that imports are made to a more correct one, since the last one had a big switch. It didn't improve in performance but I think this the correct way of doing it in a centered file.

Changed the way that images are loaded, now the browser will use webp when supported, saving data for more limited connections

Fixed button Seguir (animation, behavior when not logged in and mount timing) in recurso and usuario-publico page

Fixed buttons reportar, seguir, compartilhar, guardar and entrar (in comments section) when not logged in, now they will call handleLogin & fixed button for Esqueceu a senha, now he will redirect properly
