Add advanced Sidekiq configs

This new initializer doesn't crash Rails initialization if Redis-Server is down/inaccessible, but allows to run Sidekiq workers on different machines all using the same Redis-Server.

Fix Thumbnail Initializer

Avoid confusion between "nil", "empty" or "exists". Now is always "empty" or "exists", no matter what it is in the database.
