Criar DBHandler

Criar uma classe para realizar a interface entre banco de dados e a aplicação.

Toda a comunicação com o banco de dados deve ser feita através dessa classe. Funcionalidades necessárias são:

• Abrir uma conexão, ou uma pool de conexões
• Iniciar/terminar transações
• Executar consultas gerais

Verificar se funções adicionais, como select, update serão uteis nessa Classe ou se uma outra interface mais superior será responsavel por esse tipo de "utilidade".
